You've thoroughly combed through my website, blog and Instagram feed and you like what you see. So the next step is setting up a time to talk to make sure we're the perfect fit for one another.

Once your date is officially reserved, I'll send over a few goodies to help you prepare for the big day. I'm happy to serve as a resource for hair and make-up recommendations, location guidance and more!

Sessions can take place anywhere from a few weeks after booking, to months later depending on what season you prefer best. Worried about rain? I've got you covered!

I check in about a week before your session to start chatting about specifics, special details, outfits & accessories and anything I need to know about your day.
Session Day Prep
YAY! The day you've been planning for months! Your hair looks fantastic and your make-up looks amazing! Just know I'm excited to celebrate and capture your senior images. It's going to be awesome!!
It's Here!
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about three-four weeks of your session. At that time, I'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.

I applied for the Neely Roberts Senior Spokesmodel Team because I wanted a unique experience. Neely stood out to me because of how united her past teams looked in their photos. They looked like they were having so much fun. I had also heard amazing things about Neely from friends and family. Working with her was so fun and so stress free. It was such a refreshing feeling to have someone so down to earth taking my pictures. I always felt so comfortable during sessions because I knew she was capturing me being totally myself. So if you are thinking about applying for her team or just looking for an amazing senior picture experience… do it! You will be so glad you did. It is such an amazing way to capture your senior year!

I chose to apply for Neely Roberts Senior Spokesmodel Team because I wanted to be apart of a team that allowed me to grow a community of other senior girls in the same stage of life as me and for the simple fact that I loved all the extra goodies I got with being on Neely’s Team. Her services stood out while looking at multiple photographers because I loved the natural editing look of her work as well as the personal hype person she was behind the camera while capturing my images. Working with her was full of many memories and tons of fun, and allowed me to feel wanted and accepted by her and the other girls! If you are considering applying for her team then please do! The 2025 Senior Spokesmodel Rep Team application is CLOSED. Class of '26 will open in Nov. of 2025.
What exactly IS a NRP senior spokesmodel?
My rep team is a group of girls from Middle TN high schools who represent my brand.
My team members get EXCLUSIVES that are ONLY offered to them, such as extra sessions (extra sessions = MORE images!), outings with the team, first dibs on prime senior dates, and and so much more! Applications open during the senior's JUNIOR year. The best way to find out when applications open, is to follow along on Instagram @neelyrobertsphoto.

Fantastic! To reserve your session date, I’ll need a completed contract and a non-refundable retainer. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let me know and I'll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your session.

I love your work and want to book. What is the next step?

I do not charge travel fees outside of Sumner, Wilson, Davidson, Rutherford or Williamson Counties. Fees will vary outside of these locations. If you want to chat about traveling somewhere else, I will shoot all over the world! Just ask and I can build a custom travel package for you. Let me grab my passport!

How many photos will I receive?

This is by far the most asked question I get asked, because bad weather happens all the time! If there is bad weather in the forecast for your shoot (including high winds), rest assured that you have options and I am MORE than happy to reschedule! I typically wait until we are 48 hours out from the session to make a final decision about weather because it changes so often.
