Welcome to the new year! I’m so excited to see what 2020 has in store for Neely Roberts Photography! This year I’ve decided to do a First Friday Feature. What that means is the first Friday of every month, I’ll be featuring different aspects of the wedding day such as flowers, details, cakes, invitation suites and so much more! I hope you follow along & check back every first Friday to see what the new feature will be! I’m so glad you stopped by!
This cake was divine! Such a gorgeous December wedding cake! Cake, berries and vanilla bean buttercream…sign me up!
I loved the mix of semi-naked cake with iced tiers. Check out the cake topper! How fun is that when your last name is Moon?! (Now I’m singing Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon.” HA!) *I bet you are too! 😉
This cake was absolutely stunning! I just LOVED the bright white tiers with pops of color from the fresh berries and flowers! YUM!
Cake AND cupcakes?! So much deliciousness in one image!! I wished you could smell this picture! So, so good!
Semi-naked cakes have become popular in recent years, and this one is no different. I love the minimalistic look of it, and how cute is their topper?!
Isn’t this cake so impressive?! This cake was expertly designed by Sally Kwok Jasionowski of The Cake Bee Bakery. Its aged stone look and light blue-gray tones were so interesting! I can only imagine what it tasted like!
Talk about a “made just for you” cake! The bride + groom are big outdoorsy people. Hiking, caving, kayaking, and camping, are just some of the activities they do almost every weekend. Did I mention the groom also forages for mushrooms? So cute!
The Cake Bee is incredibly talented! Just look at the intricate details on this wedding cake! WOW!! It looked so much like thin paper. Theres no way I could ever make something this phenomenal!
What a stunning beauty from Erin Harvey at Custom Caked. Just look at these vintage inspired tiers. I think this cake was too pretty to eat!
I hope you’ve enjoyed my First Friday Feature of 2020!
Check back in on February 7th, so see what the next feature will be!
