Coleby and Noemi both lived in Lebanon but never actually met until after high school. They were introduced by mutual friends and have been inseparable since. 
Before their engagement, they had always talked about “the proposal.”  Noemi always told Coleby she wanted to be proposed to in a beautiful restaurant at night where you can see the downtown lights; he did indeed make her wish come true!

Just look at her stunning ring!

Coleby proposed the night of February 01, 2019 at The Oak Steak House in downtown Nashville. Noemi’s parents, as well as his, were there for the special night. As they were getting ready to leave, they had to walk down a beautiful staircase to exit the building, but before she took the first step down, Coleby called her name and was down on one knee right behind her. They both agree that night was the best night of their lives! 

I remember watching the video of the proposal on social media, see, not only am I am friends with Coleby’s mom, I work with her as well. It was so sweet! In the video, after Noemi said “yes!” She looked at Coleby and mouthed “did you ask my dad?” I was tearing up!! Noemi is extremely close with her family, as is Coleby.

I love that her dress fits perfectly in the flower garden!

After meeting Noemi and Coleby on Tuesday, Coleby was off to the Fire Academy the following Monday. This has been a life-long dream of his since he was just a little guy!

Coleby is dedicated to serving others. He has a strong work ethic, drive and determination, as well as making sure he is in tip top shape….he’s a competitive body builder too!

Fire Department Engagement Session

During their relationship, Noemi has been attending Cumberland University pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She hopes to pursue a career in Human Resources and Coleby recently graduated from the Fire Academy. He is now working his dream job as a firefighter. Coleby is now a second-generation firefighter. His parents are so proud!!

The first two months of their engagement, Coleby had been training hard, while Noemi was keeping busy in school; writing papers, and taking exams all while planning a wedding!

This is just like something out of a movie!!

Congratulations Noemi + Coleby! February can’t get here fast enough!
